Neutrals, neutrals everywhere (in this outfit)! Sometime you want lots of color, sometimes just a pop of color and other times you don’t want any color and just want to be naturally neutral :). I think that when you mix different shades of the same color, or similar neutral color families, the result can be very chic. This outfit for example is extremely neutral in the literal sense: a combination of cream, stone, black and cognac with no bright colors yet it’s not boring at all.  Even though it may lack actual “color” it’s all about putting together an outfit that is visually pleasing and not too boring or drab when pairing neutrals together. For example the detail of the lace on the dress, the texture and angles of the cashmere cardigan and the vividness of the cognac boots give this outfit interest. Plus, color can be added in other ways whether it’s via a glamorous bold lipstick or a strikingly beautiful fuchsia tree!
